The service packages made available to the User at design-arhitectura.com can be purchased by placing an Order.

The right to cancel the order

The user has the right to cancel the order, fulfilling the following conditions:

If the online order is not completed (checkout), you can cancel the process by pressing the back button on your browser. The amount will not be collected because the order is not completed.

If you have completed the online order (checkout) and received the automatically generated message to confirm the order, you will be contacted by our team members and as a result of the discussion regarding the order details, the order may be canceled for objective reasons. The amount will be returned within 24 hours from the Buyer’s notification if the order cannot be processed for objective reasons.

After establishing the details and performing the work according to the contract signed by both parties, the order cannot be canceled because the work was handed over and the work was honored according to the contract established between both parties.
